Spesica is PT Spesica Lintas Maxima, an AI and data technology company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

This policy covers the spesica.com website only. DinamisAI, TrueHire, and TrueSignal are covered by their own terms and privacy policies.

02What we collect

We collect only what we need to run this website and respond to you:

  • Contact form: your name, work email, company (optional), inquiry type, product of interest, and your message.
  • Analytics: through Google Analytics, information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, the site that referred you, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This uses cookies.
  • Technical logs: our hosting provider records basic request data, such as IP address, browser, and time of request, to operate and secure the site.

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your message.

  • To reply to your enquiry and follow up on it, including routing it to the right team.

  • Contact enquiries: up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted or anonymised.

  • Hosting logs: for the limited period kept by our hosting provider.
